- Beta-blocker → Glucagon, calcium, high-dose

- CCB → Calcium, glucagon, high-dose insulin,

- Heavy metals → Chelators - BAL then
calcium disodium EDTA (lead, mercury, arsenic)
- Iron → Chelator deferoxamine
